Well Mobility Cup 2012 which was held at the Nepean Yacht Club in Nepean, Ontario has drawn to a close. Steve & Bryan representing our club both had terrific results in the 5 days of racing. Steve took 3rd overall honors in Gold fleet while Bryan ended up being 2nd overall in Silver fleet. Click here for final overall results. As it turns out in both these fleets they were the top Ontario sailors as the other top finishers came from Quebec. Mac Attack sail #82 was the boat they used and it was holding it’s own over most boats there. Next years Mobility 2013 will be held in Halifax. Quinte Sailability is feeling pretty proud about our results and we are starting to be noticed now by other clubs. Honorable mention to Fletch for his hard work and fine direction in being the dock master at one of the two docks at Nepean. We are all tired now and are looking forward to seeing everyone at our annual awards banquet being held on Oct 11th at Bakers Island.
