Well it’s in the books and unfortunately for the QS squad there was no opportunities to move up in the standings as the weather simply did not cooperate. The winds were very heavy and for safety reasons both final day fleets races were cancelled. Great fun was had by all racers as it was very exciting to have been racing in ocean waters. Next years Mobility Cup will be held in Calgary Alberta. To be exact the races will be held on the Lower Kananaski Lake which is approx 130km from Calgary. For the first time the venue will be completely ours in a beautiful provincial park type setting. Stay tuned for future reports on the amazing venue. It’s right at the base of the Rocky Mountains. All our sailors were very appreciative for the support provided by Alex, Fletch & Carrol to allowed us to be able to race.
