The strong winds we had two weeks ago had a physical affect on the water levels . The first picture was taken by Rick Tinga during the high winds at the QS dock. What sustained high winds do is blow water to the leeward end of the lake reducing the water level at our section and increasing it at Kingston’s end. The second picture was taken 2 hours later when the winds had subsided….. water levels back to normal.
