Quinte SailAbility Development Training (also known as Quinte SailAbility) is a registered charity that allows persons with physical disabilities to experience the joys of sailing. By using specially crafted sail boats, individuals with any amount of mobility are able to sail the Bay of Quinte in a safe and supported environment. We hire individuals to support our summer programming by coordinating sailing excursions and being responsible for day to day operations of the program.
